
2025 SENIOR SPOTLIGHTS
The 2025 graduating class from MPCS has earned countless accolades in Christian life, arts, athletics, and academics. In this Senior Spotlight video on academics, our "lifers" – Salutatorian Michael Jones (attending Notre Dame) and Valedictorian Aiden Gilmore (attending Georgia Tech) – reflect on their learning experience since starting MPCS in preschool at the age of three. PORTRAIT OF THE CLASS OF 2025
The MPCS class of 2025 is comprised of 103 students in which 100% have been accepted into some of the nation’s finest colleges, universities, and military academies. Students have received acceptances into 112 institutions of higher education, including 21 in-state schools and 91 out-of-state schools. Of the those, 67 are public schools and 45 are private schools, 23 of which are Christian colleges and universities.
Highly selective admissions included those from Clemson, Dartmouth, Florida State, Furman, Georgia Tech, NYU, SMU, Spelman, Syracuse, TCU, UGA, Michigan, Notre Dame, Tampa, UVA, and Wake Forest.
An average of 46% (of who applied) were accepted to Georgia and Georgia Tech. KSU, UGA, Auburn, and Georgia Tech were the top choices for this class. For the full story about the class of 2025, click here.
Academically, a record 91% of the AP students scored a 3 or higher on AP exams with 81 earning AP Scholar status or greater. One students were selected as a final National Merit Scholar. From this class, 89% qualify for the HOPE Grant or Zell Miller scholarship and 65 will receive merit-based academic achievement scholarships. Also, 22 students will receive athletic scholarships to play at the next level. Additionally, students earned an estimated $3.4 million dollars of HOPE/Zell scholarship funding, with a grand total of an estimated $12.4+ million dollars of scholarship funding for the class of 2025.
